Installation points of side entry mixer

To achieve good performance in mixing materials, the first step is to install the equipment position and the tightness of the connection. The relevant information is as follows:
1. The installation of this product requires a solid foundation, as different models have different unloading heights and foundation sizes. The foundation should meet the requirements and be pre embedded with steel components. The site should be flat, and the pit opening should be slightly higher than the ground to prevent water from flowing into the pit; The installation location should be close to the power supply location, and copper core cable ropes with a cross-sectional area greater than 25 square meters should be used to connect the power supply and equipment.2. Coordinate with the track, support, and ladder;3. During installation, pay attention to keeping the track on the same horizontal plane, without tilting or misalignment, and ensure smooth operation of the rollers.4. After installation, the legs of the side entry mixer must be welded to the embedded steel parts.
