The desulfurization agitator is a stirring device installed on the side wall of the equipment cylinder, and its role in production operations should not be underestimated. Therefore, when choosing products, it is important to carefully consider the quality and select the appropriate model. Before selecting, it is necessary to clarify some parameters to choose the equipment that is suitable for oneself. Today, we will introduce the selection method for desulfurization agitators.
1. It can be determined whether to configure auxiliary supports according to the supporting and anti vibration conditions;
2. Select a frame and coupling with the same model and specifications as d based on the output shaft head d of the reducer and the support method of the mixing shaft system;
3. Design and select the shaft structure type of the desulfurization agitator according to the installation form and structural requirements, and check its strength and stiffness;
4. Based on the determined type and the flow state generated by the equipment during the mixing process, as well as the control requirements of the process for mixing time, dispersion, and settling speed, the motor power, mixing speed, and mixer diameter are determined through experimental methods and computer simulation design;
5. According to the nominal diameter DN of the rack, the type and pressure rating of the mixing shaft support, and the selection of the installation bottom cover, flange base, or flange flange;
6. Observe the motor power, stirring speed, and process conditions, and select the appropriate reducer model from the selection table. If the gearbox is selected based on the actual working torque, the actual working torque should be less than the allowable torque of the gearbox;
7. Select the shaft seal type based on the size of the mixing shaft head d of the rack, installation space, and the working pressure and temperature of the desulfurization mixer;
8. Select the type according to the process conditions, mixing purposes, and requirements. When selecting the type, it is necessary to fully understand the power characteristics of the mixer and the causal relationship between the flow state generated by the equipment during the mixing process and various mixing purposes.
