When the mixer is running, it needs to mix the materials according to the production needs, and sometimes there may be some differences in the speed during the mixing process. Let's understand why the speed of the equipment is different.

The mixing device has a scraper inside, so it is a mixing equipment without dead spots. The movable scraper on the planetary frame and the scraper at the bottom of the mixing blade will gradually scrape off the materials on the inner wall and bottom of the mixer during the mixing process, ensuring that the materials are mixed more thoroughly during mixing; There are also transmission components that are mechanically sealed and have soft seals between the upper and lower tanks. This allows the mixer to mix the materials well under vacuum conditions, ensuring that the materials do not foam and that the air components in the materials can be cleaned; Generally, the inner wall of the tank is processed, so it can be effectively scraped off with a scraper to remove all the material on the inner wall surface of the tank.

Blenders are usually equipped with two parts: low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion. Among them, the low-speed stirring components will choose to use planetary gears for transmission, so that the stirring blades also rotate on their own during the revolution, allowing for movement up, down, and around, thus achieving a better mixing effect in a relatively short period of time.

In this way, the high-speed dispersing components of the mixing device revolve together with the planetary carrier, while rotating at high speed, which can make the material more strongly sheared and dispersed for mixing. Its effect is several times that of ordinary mixing equipment.
