So, what should we pay attention to when cleaning the agitator? When cleaning the agitator, we need to adjust the tension of the tape machine. In addition, after the equipment stops running, try to remove excess materials from the equipment as much as possible. Then, when the device stops running, all systems need to be shut down first, and then the two rubber side walls of the mixer need to be opened to discharge some residual materials. When the equipment starts running, it needs to be started for a period of time first, and then slowly input the materials into the equipment for mixing. After about one revolution, you can officially start stirring. If the equipment is difficult to clean, it needs to be debugged. When debugging, let the tape machine run to see if there are any deviations, because if there are deviations, it is difficult for the equipment to clean the materials.
