How to clean materials with desulfurization agitator

1. We need to adjust the tension of the desulfurization mixer when cleaning.
2. If the equipment is not easy to clean, it is necessary to debug the equipment first. When debugging, it is necessary to make the machine run to see if there is any deviation, because if there is a deviation, it is difficult for the equipment to clear the material.
3. Also, after the equipment stops running, try to clean up any excess materials in the equipment as much as possible. Then, when the equipment stops running, all systems need to be shut down first, and then the two rubber side walls of the desulfurization mixer need to be opened to discharge some residual materials.
4. In the initial stage of equipment operation, the equipment needs to be started for a period of time, and then the materials are slowly input into the equipment for mixing. After about one rotation, the mixing can officially begin.
